A large proportion of women experience symptoms related to female hormone dysregulation. These symptoms can range from mild, and not in their top concerns, but for others, the symptoms negatively impact quality of life, and are the main reason for seeking treatment. Knowing how to support hormone health through nutraceutical and botanical supplementation, coupled with lifestyle modification, can have a major impact on female health and quality of life.

In this webinar, Dr Jennifer will explore

  • Common female hormone health concerns
  • Dietary modification strategies
  • Lifestyle modification strategies
  • NFH products supporting female hormone health
